Convergys is continuing its recent trend of hiring; this time in Idaho. The call center and outsourcing provider is hiring for over 200 full and part time positions at its call center in Pocatello, Idaho.
Convergys will hold a job fair at their contact center on Tuesday, April 27 from 9AM to 3PM. The job openings are customer sales support for a client in the entertainment industry.
Convergys will offer employees training, wages plus incentives, and benefits including medical and dental insurance, tuition reimbursement, 401(k), and paid and unpaid time off. They will provide five weeks of paid training for these positions beginning in May and June.
